Banana² Chocolate Chip Bread

I love making banana bread because I can never finish a whole hand of bananas! This bread isn’t too dense, can easily be doubled if you want a full size loaf. This recipe covers a half loaf at 6 servings. Use extra bananas for extra banana flavor. 🍌

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven for 350°F. Grease or line loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Beat in eggs and bananas.
  5. Incorporate dry with wet, about 1/3 at a time.
  6. When completely incorporated, fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour into loaf pan and place in oven for about 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Recipe Notes

If you're using a mixer you'll want to start off with the wet ingredients first, but if you're doing it by hand I recommend mixing the dry first then the wet, then slowly incorporate. Fold in chocolate chips last.

You will need more time for glass dishes vs aluminum bakeware, and convection vs non-convection. A glass convection oven got me around 1 hour and 10 minutes.
